GOAT Balm with Arnica

Arnica balm is wonderful for muscle aches, sprains, and bruises. Arnica is a daisy-like flower that is often used for muscle soreness and aches associated with arthritis. We also add a proprietary blend of essential oils (that smells like root beer) that promote circulation and help with soreness. This balm will not make arthritis pain disappear, but it may improve it.

While we don't have much experience with using the arnica balm for arthritis, we tested it extensively for muscle soreness. The Jonas family started an intensive workout program (P90X3). After the workouts we would apply the balm to only one side (e.g. to our left bicep and not our right). We were amazed at the difference the arnica balm made. Before long we were convinced of the effectiveness and started using it everywhere!
