Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to our farm using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
